Refunds
You have 100 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To keep returns smooth and fair for everyone:
- Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customer responsibility Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error — incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
- Prepaid label option Where available, we can issue a prepaid label and deduct the exact label cost from your refund once the item is received and approved.
- Our error If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email getpinnocard@gmail.com right away.
We'll arrange a quick replacement or refund after verification. Photos may be requested to speed things up.
Want a different color or variant? The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order.
If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact getpinnocard@gmail.com. Once approved and received, we'll issue store credit so you can reorder the exact item you want.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 businessda ys. Your bank may require extra time to post.
- If it's been 15 business days since approval and you don't see the refund, contact your bank or card issuer first — then reach out to us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Arrive without prior authorization.
- Are outside the 100-day return window.
- Do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
We move fast — many orders ship within hours. If you need to change or cancel, email us at getpinnocard@gmail.com immediately.
