At PINNO, we build products that feel effortless from unboxing to everyday use. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and clearly.
01 Eligibility for Returns

You have 100 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To keep returns smooth and fair for everyone:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hazardous materials or items explicitly marked as final sale or gift cards.

Email getpinnocard@gmail.com with your order number and an optional brief reason — this helps us improve.

We'll review your request and, if approved, provide the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

You'll receive a RMA / return reference number to include in the parcel so we can process it fast.
03 Return Shipping
  • Customer responsibility Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error — incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
  • Prepaid label option Where available, we can issue a prepaid label and deduct the exact label cost from your refund once the item is received and approved.
  • Our error If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Customs & delays: Carrier or customs delays are outside our control and aren't considered valid reasons for a return. We'll always help track and resolve delays.
04 Damages & Issues

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email getpinnocard@gmail.com right away.

We'll arrange a quick replacement or refund after verification. Photos may be requested to speed things up.

05 Exchanges

Want a different color or variant? The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order.

If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact getpinnocard@gmail.com. Once approved and received, we'll issue store credit so you can reorder the exact item you want.

06 Refunds — How & When
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 businessda  ys. Your bank may require extra time to post.
  • If it's been 15 business days since approval and you don't see the refund, contact your bank or card issuer first — then reach out to us.
07 Return Denial

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Arrive without prior authorization.
  • Are outside the 100-day return window.
  • Do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.
08 Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast — many orders ship within hours. If you need to change or cancel, email us at getpinnocard@gmail.com immediately.

We'll help if the order hasn't left our warehouse. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
